Refund policy

Exchanges:  Although we don't offer returns, we are happy to exchange any item at equal or greater value. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please ensure jewelry is mailed in original packaging, unworn with tags. Buyer is responsible for shipping/insurance, and any payment fees.

Sale Items: All sale items are considered a final sale. No exchanges are allowed on these purchases.

Repairs:  Minor jewelry repairs will be covered within the first 30 days with proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Jewelry that has been damaged or broken under extreme conditions within the 30 days will be repaired at customer’s expense.
