Shipping Policy

Gelines' Jewelry ships via USPS or UPS.  We offer free ground shipping on orders over $500.  For orders under $500, your shipping cost will be a flat rate of $18 added at checkout.  You will receive an order confirmation once your order is shipped.  Gelines' Jewelry can not guarantee delivery dates but ground shipping within the United States is approximately 3 to 5 business days.  We do all of our shipping on Wednesday if you place an order later in the week please be aware that it will not ship until Wednesday of the following week.  If you need your items expedited please contact us directly.  At this time we can only ship domestically. For custom orders please allow 1 to 2 weeks from purchase date.  If you need a custom order expedited please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Some items purchased together may ship separately.  In the case of an item being backordered or out of stock we will email you in a timely manner.  

Orders shipped within Texas will be charged sales tax.

Gelines Jewelry also delivers to the following cities in Mexico:

Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, San Luis and the state of Sonora. International customer contact us directly and we will find a way to get it to you.
